Madison Dearborn-owned InMoment Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Madison Dearborn-owned InMoment has appointed Wendy Rand as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Butkus and Neela Seenandan led the search. Ms. Seenandan served as the interim CHRO since February, guiding the organization through an acquisition integration and then pandemic, before conducting the search.

Wendy Rand comes to InMoment from Transunion and Vail Resorts. Reporting to CEO, Andrew Joiner, Ms. Rand will be the key leader of all HR processes throughout the organization. She will focus on guiding it through a period of intense change and growth.

“Wendy is an innovative HR executive with a passion for scaling businesses and cultures, which will be instrumental to the growth at InMoment,” said Lisa Butkus, Hanold Partner. “She is a business partner at heart with a proven track record of leading organizations through transformation, mergers and acquisitions. This made her the obvious choice for the needs of InMoment’s business today and in the future. In addition to her professional experience, Wendy was a natural fit with the Executive Leadership team given her Park City spirit! We look forward to seeing the transformational impact she will have alongside the CEO, Andrew Joiner.”

InMoment is a customer feedback company that believes in going beyond a simple surveying or score to bring together information about brands, customers, employees and the market to deliver enhanced understanding.

Besides its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, the company maintains offices in Atlanta, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
