Deborah Garcia has been named Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (St. Jude). The mission of St. Jude is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for catastrophic pediatric diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with founder Danny Thomas’ vision, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion, or a family’s ability to pay. A dynamic, mission driven executive whose 20-year career spans healthcare consulting, international development and large-scale not-for-profit fundraising. Deb will serve as a key architect of ALSAC’s future, guiding enterprise vision and long-term strategy while translating mission-driven ambition into measurable growth and innovation. Previously, Deb served as Chief Development Officer at Doctors Without Borders.
