Lochlin Partners Places Director, Medical Financial Policy at Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association

Emily Lafon is Director of Medicaid Financial Policy at the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association (VHHA). Emily provides leadership and oversight of the Virginia Hospital Mutual Assistance Program (MAP) and works closely with VHHA senior leadership, the MAP Governance Committee, and the state Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS). Most recently, Emily served as Executive Budget Manager for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
