DeLancey Johnson has been named Chief Human Resources Officer at Communities Foundation of Texas, one of the nation’s largest community foundations that serves as a catalyst for charitable giving by connecting donors with nonprofit organizations throughout Texas. DeLancey brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience driving enterprise-wide talent and human capital strategies across healthcare, retail, and global operations. His background includes extensive experience leading HR initiatives within complex, mission-driven healthcare systems and large-scale organizations. Most recently, DeLancey served as Senior Vice President and Associate Chief Talent Officer at Parkland Health.
