Lisa Lambert to Join the Westly Group as Managing Partner

SAN FRANCISCO, September 15, 2016 — Lisa Lambert, who most recently served as vice-president and managing director of Intel Capital’s Software and Services Fund and the Intel Capital Diversity Fund has joined the Westly Group (www.westlygroup.com) one of the leading sustainability funds in the US. Lisa is one of the most successful investors in Silicon Valley having generated top decile returns with 7 IPOs and 30 accretive M&A exits in her career.  She serves on the board of directors for Silkroad Technology, Brit+Co, and Mark One and is a board observer for Urban Airship, Kaltura, and Fonality.  Lisa is also on the board of directors for the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) . Lisa has invested in and helped grow some of Silicon Valley’s biggest technology successes including:  VMware (IPO), MySQL (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Endeca (acquired by Oracle), DATAllegro (acquired by Microsoft), JBoss (acquired by Red Hat), Joulex (acquired by Cisco), X+1 (acquired by Rocket Fuel), TOA Technologies (acquired by Oracle), and Nexmo (acquired by Vonage), to name a few.

Prior to that, she held a Product Marketing Management position with Intel’s Desktop Products Group with responsibility for the Pentium II, III processor family. Prior to joining Intel, Lisa worked as a software engineer and in senior roles in strategic planning, product marketing, and sales at Owens-Corning. Lisa has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University. Lisa was selected from the top 600 executives at Intel to participate in the Executive Accelerator Program at Stanford University. She graduated from that program in August 2015.
