LHH Knightsbridge Expands Executive Search Practice in Quebec with the Appointment of Karen Wong

(June 15, 2021) LHH Knightsbridge is pleased to announce the addition of Karen Wong as a Partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Search practice, effective June 15, 2021. Ms. Wong brings extensive global leadership experience in talent acquisition, talent management and business operations, which she will leverage in continuing to grow and build the Quebec Executive Search practice for a wide range of sectors, including the industrial, manufacturing and resources industries.

Ms. Wong has more than 25 years of international search, financial and operational experience. Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Ms. Wong had held several leadership roles at Korn Ferry International in Professional Search, RPO and Projects. In her last role there as Vice President of Global Business Operations, Professional Search, she and her team had built an innovative business onboarding program, which was designed to create an optimal business integration and new hire experience. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Wong had spent a decade with Michael Page International in Hong Kong and New York City and had played an integral role in helping build both start-up businesses. She had commenced her career in Audit & Business Advisory with Miller Hersh and Price Waterhouse in Montreal and Hong Kong.

Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commence degree and Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
