Larry O’Donnell III Named Board Director for PSC

HOUSTON, TX, November 17, 2016 — Larry O’Donnell, III is a seasoned executive and board member with over 35 years of experience in the energy and industrial services industries. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc., and served as the company’s President and CEO from 2011 to 2015. Larry held executive positions at Waste Management, Inc., including President & COO from 2004 to 2010.  Between 1991 and 2000, Larry held several roles at Baker Hughes, Inc., including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 1996 to 2000.
