Lancor’s Newest Partner to Grow Technology & Growth/Venture Capital Executive Search

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, August 6, 2016 – We are pleased to welcome Cliff Scheffel and Gayle Rydinski to Lancor’s San Francisco office. Cliff joins as a Partner and will play a key role in growing Lancor’s Technology, Growth and Venture Capital sectors. Gayle will be Lancor’s Director of Special Projects and involved in engagement management and U.S. partner initiatives.

With 25 years in the executive search industry, Cliff and Gayle bring expertise in a wide variety of industries ranging from technology to real estate, as well as significant experience in venture capital investing. Within technology, their search experience includes, software/SaaS, digital media, e-commerce, consumer electronics, networking equipment, internet security, semiconductors and adtech.

Prior to Lancor, Cliff and Gayle were founding partners at KarrScheffel, LLC.  Cliff previously served as Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Northern California. While at PwC, Cliff was a part of the Venture Services Group serving the search needs of many early stage venture-backed start-ups.

Cliff earned his CPA credential at Deloitte and Touche after graduating from the University of San Francisco. He has been an active leader in several community organizations, including the Walnut Creek, Contra Costa Council leadership development program, and the Education Foundation of Orinda.

Prior to Lancor, Gayle held key management positions within the executive search practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She brings an extensive background in executive search and human resources to the team, with experience in a variety of industries including: technology, media, fintech and e-commerce. Gayle earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University.
