Elkridge, MD, August 16, 2017 – The Lancer Group places Eric Grosgogeat as Chief Executive Officer of Ancile Solutions, a leading provider of learning and performance software solutions to leading Fortune 500 companies.

In this new role, Eric brings to Ancile over 25 years of deep general management experience across private equity-backed and public companies in the SaaS, business services, FMGC, and healthcare products sectors. He will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and managing all business operations.

Eric has a proven track record of consistently growing top and bottom lines and generating strong ROI – he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FocusVision Worldwide, a leading provider of technology solutions for the market research industry, where under his leadership, the company grew four-fold through acquisitions, global expansion, and the launch of new services. In addition, Eric led the company’s transformation from tech-enabled services to a SaaS tech-based solution.

Eric’s prior career includes serving in notable positions at P&G (NYSE: PG; LTM Rev: $65B) managing Olay’s global franchise, PE-backed Aurora Foods, where he led the Frozen Food division and Philips (ENXTAM; PHIA; LTM Rev: $29.3B), where he served as the head of Sonicare for North America.

He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Paris Institute of Technology.
