Lancer Group Bolsters Surescripts’ C-Suite Executive Team with the Placement of Adnan Qadir as Chief Strategy Officer

(June 19, 2019) Lancer places Adnan Qadir as Chief Strategy Officer of Surescripts, the leading provider of the nation’s most trusted and capable health information network designed to increase patient safety, lower costs and ensure quality care.

Adnan is a transformational leader and brings to Surescripts over 20 years of experience driving strategy, growth and operations across the healthcare services and consulting space. In this new role, Adnan will be responsible for leading and executing corporate strategy vital to the success of Surescripts.

Most recently, Adnan served as Vice President of Operation and New Product Development of DaVita (NYSE: DVA; LTM Rev: $11.2B), leading provider of specialty care, where he led a team of 20 process engineers and Lean Six Sigma experts to increase access, quality and experience in medical clinics, generating over $10M profit impact. Prior to DaVita, Adnan was a Partner at Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading business consulting firms, where he operated across the pharma & biotech, healthcare, and technology industries.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from MIT, Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Columbia University.
