Mitch Poindexter has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Climalock, a leading provider of insulated containment systems serving fire protection, water and wastewater, agriculture, bioenergy, chemical storage, and industrial markets throughout the United States and Canada.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, Mitch will lead the next phase of Climalock’s growth by implementing the systems, processes, and leadership infrastructure needed to scale the business. He will be responsible for driving commercial expansion, guiding a critical founder transition, and preserving the customer-focused culture that has differentiated Climalock in the marketplace. Success in the role will include developing and executing a strategic growth plan while positioning the company for expansion across additional markets and geographies.

Poindexter is a seasoned C-suite executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering profitability, performance, and growth. Throughout his career, he has built and led sales, finance, and business development organizations while navigating complex growth initiatives, capital markets transactions, and strategic investments. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Power/Grid Development at CAM Integrated Solutions.
