Kohler Retains Hanold Associates for VP of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Search

Kohler has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion search. Keri Gavin, Katrina Prospero and Ashley Schiele are leading the search.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Stewardship and Sustainability, Laura Kohler, the Vice President, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion will lead all programs related to Talent, Diversity and Inclusion throughout the organization. This leader will align with senior teams throughout the organization to define an overarching talent and leadership vision while bringing technology forward to enable the talent programs where impact is essential.
