Kohler Appoints VP, Global Talent & Diversity from Search by Hanold Associates

CHICAGO (Jan. 27, 2021) ― Kohler, a household name in kitchen and bath products, has appointed Bridget Penney as Vice President, Global Talent & Diversity. Ashley Schiele, Keri Gavin and Katrina Prospero led the search for this role based in Kohler, Wisconsin.

Bridget Penney comes to Kohler from Amazon.com where, during her four-year tenure, she served as Director, Human Resources WW Operations. Reporting directly to Laura Kohler, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Stewardship and Sustainability for Kohler, Penney will lead all programs related to Talent, Diversity and Inclusion throughout the organization. Overseeing a total team size of more than 40, she will align with senior teams throughout the organization to define an overarching talent and leadership vision and lead the implementation of global talent programs.
