Kincannon & Reed is pleased to announce the promotion of Caroline Petit to Director, APAC. In her new role, Caroline will partner with clients across the Asia-Pacific region to identify and recruit executive talent while supporting leadership teams across the food, agribusiness, and life sciences sectors.

Caroline brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing creative search strategies for senior management and C-suite appointments on a global scale. Throughout her career, she has worked with both boutique and global executive search firms, specializing in the life sciences and agribusiness industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Plant Biotechnologies from the University of Paris XI, along with postgraduate qualifications in Intellectual Property and Marketing. She also completed an ICF-accredited Diploma in Coaching, Mentoring, and Interpersonal Facilitation, further strengthening her ability to advise leaders and organizations through complex talent decisions.
Since joining Kincannon & Reed as a Senior Associate, Petit has become a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike. Her expertise in executive search strategy, candidate identification, and client engagement has contributed to successful leadership appointments across the region. Over the past five years, she has expanded her responsibilities while building strong relationships with clients and demonstrating a deep understanding of the leadership challenges facing the food and agriculture industries.
