Evans brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning marketing, business development, talent acquisition, and brand strategy. A decorated military veteran, he has built a career helping organizations accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and create high-performing teams through strategic alignment and disciplined execution.
His experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at N2Growth, where he built and scaled the firm’s global marketing function and expanded the firm’s market presence across more than 50 countries. He has also held senior leadership roles with USAA and the United States Marine Corps Recruiting Command and recently served as a Strategic Advisor to Private Capital Global. Throughout his career, Evans has led initiatives spanning demand generation, brand strategy, talent acquisition, and business growth.

As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Evans will lead the firm’s global marketing, communications, and business development strategies in support of Kincannon & Reed’s executive search and leadership advisory solutions. He will work closely with the firm’s leadership, principals, and business development team to support client development, expand thought leadership initiatives, strengthen candidate engagement, and drive integrated marketing strategies that translate market insight into meaningful business growth.
