“Kelly is the kind of leader every strong organization needs,” said Stephanie Liska, President of Kincannon & Reed. “She brings clarity to complexity, turns strategy into execution, and creates the alignment and accountability that allow teams to perform at a high level. Her promotion to Chief Operating Officer reflects the confidence we have in her leadership and the tremendous value she brings to our firm, our colleagues, and our clients.”

As Chief Operating Officer, Griffin will continue to support the firm’s global team and help advance the capabilities, systems, and processes that enable Kincannon & Reed to deliver exceptional service to clients across the food and agriculture value chain. Her areas of expertise include customer relationship management, knowledge management, and retained search operations.

“I believe that sustainable growth is built through exceptional people, operational excellence, and a willingness to continuously evolve,” Griffin said. “As Kincannon & Reed continues to grow, I look forward to partnering with our colleagues around the world to strengthen our capabilities, support our clients’ evolving leadership needs, and help shape the next chapter of our firm’s success.”
