Kin + Carta Retains Hanold Associates for Head of People, Americas Search

Kin + Carta has retained Hanold Associates for their Head of People, Americas search based in Chicago. Mayank Parikh and Lisa Butkus are leading the search.

Kin + Carta, formerly known as Solstice, is a digital transformation firm that exists to make the world work better. Originally founded in 2001 by Kin + Carta’s Global CEO, J Schwan, Solstice made a name for itself designing and building enterprise-grade mobile applications, rapidly growing and expanding internationally. The business joined London’s St. Ives Group in 2015, which rebranded as Kin + Carta in 2018, and has greatly expanded its ability to deliver a wide range of new digital products and services to global clients. In February 2020, Solstice will officially become the Americas headquarters of Kin + Carta.

As a partner of the world’s leading organizations, Kin + Carta addresses today’s most pressing challenges for clients on the road to becoming a digital business. The organization takes a pragmatic tech and data-led approach to make transformation happen across three critical challenges: digitalizing existing processes through digital twins, building and launching new digital products and services and unlocking future innovation through full-stack modernization.

Reporting to the CEO of Kin + Carta Americas, Kelly Manthey, the Head of People will be the key leader responsible for all people-related decisions within the company. As Solstice continues their transition to Kin + Carta Americas, this role will be focused on uniting multiple operating regions, business units and employees. This leader will be responsible for the most important aspects of the organization: its people and its culture.
