MAY 15, 2019 – Kerry Barrett has started as the new chief operating officer of Advanced Group, an industry-leading diversified professional staffing, consulting and outsourcing organization headquartered in Chicago. The executive search was successfully completed by Gerard Stewart, an international leader in executive search specializing in the human capital industry.
“Kerry has a rich background in consulting and professional services, complete with extensive sales, operations and business strategy experience, broad P&L responsibility, and she has also worked both in public and private environments,” said Lisa Maxwell, Gerard Stewart founder and managing partner. Prior to starting with Advanced Group, Barrett served as the EVP of Emerging Markets at Resources Global Professionals (RGP) where she was responsible for overseeing three business lines and leading special project teams focused on addressing key initiatives. Prior to her role at RGP, she served as the President and CEO of Accretive Solutions. Barrett worked with executive leadership, the board and investors to help lead the sale of Accretive Solutions to RGP. In total, Barrett has over 20 years of experience in staffing, professional services and in operations.
