Kennedy Executive Search Services Strengthens its Presence in Central Eastern Europe

PARIS, January 24, 2017 — With immediate effect, Kennedy Executive Search partners with Ikelosz Kft. a boutique executive search firm in Budapest founded in 2010 by György “George” Kobelrausch.

Mr. Kobelrausch states: “We are very happy and proud to join Kennedy Executive Search & Consulting this year. For us to be part of a top level Executive Search firm will help us drive our business forward in a growing economy. Sharpening our skills by exchanging information and practices through the Kennedy network will make sure that we constantly evolve and are at the forefront of our field. Although our search and selection projects are focusing on Hungary, most of our clients are multinational companies. We understand the needs of international clients, therefore, we successfully identify candidates who fit to a given company culture. Our credo is very close to Kennedy’s: ‘We strive for superior performance’. Kennedy will enable us to be more competitive by leveraging the strengths of partners in both Europe and North America.”

Ikelosz Kft. was founded in 2010. George Kobelrausch, the firm’s founder and owner has been working in direct search since 2005 after a successful career with various blue chip companies such as Unilever. George Kobelrausch has a track record of over 10 years in Executive Search and has recruited senior leadership functions in Hungary and other countries in CEE. He is an experienced business coach and certified consultant of the Innermetrix personality assessment system. The team is completed by Klara Gorog, Senior Consultant, MD by qualification with 20+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, who heads up the life sciences practice.

Kennedy’s CEO Jorg Stegemann says “Budapest is a strategic destination for us. Being the regional headquarters of numerous multinational companies, the business role of Budapest is far more important than merely the capital of Hungary. The high concentration of the automotive industry and related suppliers makes Hungary a preferred location for production companies. In recent years, Budapest boasts the highest number of global shared service centers in Europe due to the availability of flexible and highly educated workforce. We are excited to have a second strategic and beautiful location in the CEE Region after Delta Advisory in Prague/Czech Republic, and we believe Ikelosz Kft. is right partner for us based on the quality of their service and their excellent cultural match.”

For the past 25 years, Stegemann has served as high performing senior leader in various blue chip corporate companies and has been building, managing and coaching high performing executive search teams all over the world. He also contributes, as a thought leader, in the retained executive search industry and routinely contributes to media such as BBC Capital or Forbes.

Mr. Stegemann adds, “Why Kennedy Executive Search? Two differentiators distinguish us from our competitors: first, at Kennedy, you will always be in front of an executive search consultant with 10 years’ minimum in this industry. In addition to that, most of us had a previous successful corporate career as a leader who has tackled the challenges you face today prior to joining our firm. We have been in the shoes of our clients and candidates and have a clear understanding of what they expect. Second, all our offices are partner owned and managed. You will always be close to the boss and in each destination; the Senior Partner is actively involved in every step of the search. Our clients and candidates tell us we are different and we are proud of that.”
