Mangum started with the recruitment firm in 2016 as the Director of Strategy, and since that time, he has been a key driver in the continuous growth of the company. His diverse background and strengths in marketing, sales, and operational strategy have directly contributed to the implementation of forward-thinking positioning that gives Search Solution Group a competitive market advantage.
Mangum’s initial objective was to develop strategic marketing initiatives to build the Search Solution Group brand. Through the development of inbound marketing initiatives, Mangum became heavily involved with business development and operations at the company, leading to the development of a more holistic, strategic approach. As the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, Mangum will continue to work closely with senior leadership to drive increased revenues by conducting industry research, analyzing current trends, and evaluating company service offerings to develop winning GTM strategies and ensure the company is positioned for continued growth and expansion.

Mangum has contributed to many of the strategic decisions that have affected Search Solution Group. In the past year alone, the company acquired Temp Me Staffing, created new strategic business partnerships, and initiated an ongoing organizational restructure and creation of three focused divisions: Executive Search, Direct Hire Recruitment, and Contract Staffing.
