Joseph DiMisa Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner and the Global Sales Strategy and Rewards Advisory Leader

LOS ANGELES, June 28, 2017 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, announced that Joseph DiMisa has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Global Sales Strategy and Rewards Advisory Leader. He will be based in the Atlanta office. Mr. DiMisa joins Korn Ferry from Sibson Consulting, where he was Senior Vice President leading the Sales Force Effectiveness Practice.

 At Korn Ferry, Mr. DiMisa will focus on all aspects of sales strategy, sales force effectiveness, sales compensation, and customer service effectiveness.  He will work with clients and staff to develop and implement sales strategies and sales effectiveness programs that drive profitable growth.

Previously, Mr. DiMisa was Senior Practice Leader at the Alexander Group Incorporated, where he ran the consulting division’s telecom/communications/high-tech practice.
