Joe Quinn Appointed as Executive Director, Headstrong Project

NEW YORK, N.Y., January 2018 – Bridge Partners is delighted to share the appointment Joe Quinn as Executive Director for the Headstrong Project.

Over 300,000 Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans are suffering from hidden wounds and we are losing far too many to suicide. Headstrong is recognized as having built the most efficient and effective program in helping them heal and get back to the best versions of themselves.

In his new role at Headstrong (http://getheadstrong.org/), Joe will lead the organization in its continued expansion to other cities across the United States, treat more veterans, increase the donor base and build more high-profile partnerships.

Prior to joining Headstrong, Joe worked for Team RWB, whose mission is to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.

Most recently he was Team RWB’s Director of Leadership Development where he managed their growth to a major national organization and personally developed nearly 2,000 community leaders.

Before his experience with Team RWB, he was an Instructor in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Associate at the Combating Terrorism Center.

Joe spent six years in the United States Army, where he served two deployments to Iraq. He received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
