JM Search Kicks-off 40th Anniversary with New Partner Announcements

Philadelphia, PA, January, 24 2019 – Kicking off its 40^th year of service to clients across North America, JM Search, a nationally recognized retained executive search firm headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, announced the elevation of three of its team to partner: Bill Borkovitz, Brian Dwyer and David Robinson.

Bill Borkovitz is a Partner at JM Search, where he recruits C-Level executives across a range of industries, including financial services, business services, and technology.  He brings over 20 years of operating experience combined with more than a decade of C-level executive recruiting to the firm.  Drawing on his operating experience, Bill intuitively assesses talent and organizational needs for his clients.  His successful track record of identifying and aligning leaders with companies from publicly traded to venture capital and private-equity backed organizations speaks volumes to his abilities and dedication to client service.

Brian Dwyer is a Partner at JM Search, where he is focused on partnering with private equity groups and their portfolio companies to build senior leadership teams. Having dedicated his career to private equity as both an investment professional and consultant to private equity portfolio companies, Brian understands the challenges faced by PE-backed businesses and the types of executives who create value in these organizations. Brian has partnered with multiple private equity clients to build leadership teams at portfolio companies in the industrial, consumer, and business services sectors, focused in particular on placing CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.

David Robinson is a Partner at JM Search, David began his executive search career with the firm more than 10 years ago as a Research Analyst.  Currently a member of the firm’s dedicated CFO practice, he specializes in recruiting financial offers for private equity backed companies across the U.S.  Over the past several years he has recruited CFOs into private equity-sponsored businesses across Industrial Services, Manufacturing, Software/SaaS, Healthcare Services, Consumer Products, B2B and B2C businesses.  David understands the importance of the finance function as a key driver of the value creation process.  His clients include many of the top middle market Private Equity funds.  Clients trust David’s advice and support to help navigate myriad complex issues including talent acquisition, due diligence, management assessments and comparative salary analysis.
