Jeremy Rickman Joins Vardis

NEW YORK, March 4, 2016 — Vardis is Delighted to Welcome Jeremy Rickman to Vardis as Executive Chairman.

In this newly created role, Jeremy will lead Vardis’ continued international expansion to ensure a full service offering to offering to our private equity clients in North America, Europe and Asia.

Jeremy has worked in the Executive Search industry in Europe and the US for eighteen years following a successful career in finance. Joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998, he established and developed their market leading European CFO Practice before moving to the US to run the Chicago Office in 2007. At Russell Reynolds, he worked in a variety of leadership roles including serving on the firms’ Executive Committee, running the Global Corporate Officers Sector, Chairing the Training & Development Committee and establishing a new Research and Knowledge Strategy. A PWC trained Chartered Accountant, Jeremy’s early career in finance included working with Mars, Inc. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Surrey University.
