(August 26, 2022) JDG Associates has been engaged by the Kellen Company (KC), a top-tier, global association management company (AMC), to conduct the executive search for a newly created Executive Vice President position. Reporting to the CEO with co-ownership responsibility for Kellen’s association management portfolio, the position will be in the company’s Washington, DC office. Interested candidates will bring ten years-plus success in a senior staff leadership position(s) in an association(s) with substantive experience in both issues and services agendas. With oversight of KC’s executive corps for approximately half its full-service management association clients, we are seeking an executive with exceptional management aptitude and instincts, a strong track-record in setting, achieving, and surpassing goals, as well as staff mentoring, feedback, motivation, and drive. No less important will be a well-earned foundation in, and understanding of, association board engagement, dynamics, operations, and service.
