JCFS Chicago Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search Led by Hanold Associates

JCFS Chicago has appointed Carman Weathington as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Hanold Associates’ Katrina Prospero and Kile Hanold led the search.

Carman Weathington comes to JCFS from leadership positions at Chicago Commons and Fresenius Medical Care. At JCFS Chicago, she will conceive, develop and execute all agency efforts to recruit, hire and retain the talent necessary to meet the organization’s mission and strategic goals. As a member of the executive team and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CHRO will ensure a superb place to work that attracts the best people.
