Janelle Padgett has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA). VHHA is an alliance of 117 hospitals and 26 health delivery systems that advocates for sound health care policy in the Commonwealth. In collaboration with its members and stakeholders, VHHA works to ensure the sustainability of Virginia’s hospitals and health systems while advancing the health and well-being of all Virginians. Janelle brings more than 25 years of progressive executive leadership experience across complex healthcare systems, including multiple CFO, controller, and senior finance leadership roles within both for-profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Fauquier Health.
