InvestCloud, Inc. Appoints Kevin Kollar and Ben Shichman to their Executive Team

LOS ANGELES, CA, July 7, 2016 — InvestCloud, Inc, the first of its kind, fully integrated Digital Applet Platform for the financial services industry, supporting 660 institutions and independent advisors with $1.5 trillion on platform, announced today the appointments of Kevin Kollar as EVP of Large Accounts and Ben Shichman as EVP of Platform. Kevin and Ben’s appointments underscore InvestCloud’s commitment to expanding the firm’s North American footprint, while continuing to grow globally.

Kollar brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries to InvestCloud. Prior to joining the firm, Kollar was VP and Head of Sales at Alacra, where he was responsible for driving new business and customer account management for SaaS based solution to help companies reduce risk and improve efficiency in the customer on-boarding, monitoring, and due diligence process.

Throughout his career, Kollar has held senior positions at a number of large financial institutions, including the London Stock Exchange, Opera Solutions and Thomson Reuters. Kollar holds B.S. in Finance from Providence College.

Shichman most recently served as a Vice President of Technology at Guidance. Prior to that, he was COO, Head of Product and Partner at iConstituent where he managed the day-to-day business operations and directed product activities as well as creating sector-leading products. In addition, Shichman was Founder and Principal Consultant at Nexgen. Shichman has served in a number of senior management roles including Director of Project Development at iapps and Vice President of Product and Co-Founder of Rock Creek Technologies/ Universal Tax Systems. Shichman holds a BBA in Information Solutions from the George Washington University.
