IMD International Search Group Members Meet in London

Zurich, Switzerland (May 31, 2024) – Delegates from IMD member firms met in London, UK from May 15 to 18, 2024.

Delegates were thrilled to welcome new members:

On top of the list of our brainstorming topics were workshops on the use of artificial intelligence in our business, and sustainable development for which we will launch a global certification process for IMD members.

Our awards winners this year were:

  • IMD Best Interbusiness Generators – Malte Müller (Schilling Partners, IMD Switzerland) and Terhi Heikkinen (IMS Talent, IMD Finland), who both did an amazing job on international commercial development.
  • Daniel’s IMD Heart Award – Pavel Smejkal (Top Recruitment, IMD Czech Republic & Slovakia), for his courage and resilience against adversity,
  • IMD Action Hero Award – Anna Luiza Osser (Osser & Osser, IMD Brazil), for having carried out a very important project of global study on the topic of “Leading in a world with changing expectations and new working cultures”.
