Zurich, Switzerland (June 5, 2023) – Delegates from IMD member firms met in Milan, Italy from May 24 to 27, 2023.

Besides their all-time favorite sessions – sharing on best practices and expertise –, among the major topics discussed were Sustainable Development, Innovation and Technology, notably the use of ChatGPT. Industrial revolutions and AI were also the focus of the brilliant presentation of our keynote speaker, Gianmario Verona, Professor at Bocconi University in Milan.

We were happy to welcome new members:

▪ Padula & Partners from Madrid, Spain,
▪ And it was a very first IMD meeting for our new Partner from Belgrade, Dr. Heimeier

Executive Search Serbia that joined us a few months ago in 2022.

Delegates discussed our top priority projects, the publication of our next white paper (stay tuned about this!) and the Research Forum dedicated to sharing knowledge and experience within our Researchers experts worldwide.

It was also an opportunity to enjoy a fun and delicious cooking lesson at La Cucina Italiana as well as various other workshops to get to know each other better.

Last but not least, at our Annual General Meeting were voted with unanimous support from the members the re-elections of our 3 Directors, Katrin Windmüller (Dr. Heimeier Executive Search, IMD Germany and Serbia), Anna Luiza Osser (Osser & Osser, IMD Brazil) and Anthony Albers (Bakker & Partners, IMD Belgium) to continue their great work for the benefit of our organization.
