IMD INTERNATIONAL SEARCH GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNER IN POLAND

Zurich, Switzerland April 18, 2024 – IMD International Search Group welcomes its new partner in Poland, Kaluzynski & Madeja, based in Warsaw.

This completes IMD’s coverage of the Central European market.

Founded in 1991, Kaluzynski & Madeja was created by Richard Kaluzynski, who has over 30 years’ Executive Search experience. Richard started his career in the United Kingdom before settling in Poland. He is a British and Polish National.

Richard and his team have extensive experience in Technology, Banking, FMCG and in the Industrial sectors. They also operate as a generalist firm, recruiting all C-level positions as well as senior management. Other business segments include leadership assessment, interim management and career advice.
