HVS Sponsor and Participant at BISNOW/Big West Coast Hospitality Event

LOS ANGELES, CA, April 17, 2017 — HVS is proud to be a sponsor of the Big West Coast Hospitality Event scheduled for April 21, 2017, in the California Grand Ballroom at The LA Hotel Downtown located at 333 South Figueroa Street. This conference is a component of BISNOW’s Lodging & Innovation Series and is the Second Annual Lodging & Motivation Series (BLIS) of the West.

Adam Lair, MAI, Managing Director and Senior Partner of HVS, will be moderating a session entitled “The Future of Hotel Development” at 10:05 AM. The current state of hospitality development offers major opportunities and challenges in the arena of hotel investments. Participating panelists will discuss the key economic drivers and specific West Coast geographic areas that are experiencing a surge in growth.

Adam Lair, who partners with Suzanne Mellen to oversee the firm’s California practice, is currently based in both San Francisco and New Orleans. He has been involved with hundreds of appraisals and consulting assignments for hotel and commercial real estate since 2002 including existing and proposed properties throughout the United States. Overseeing some of the firm’s most complex valuation engagements, Adam’s formidable expertise enables him to guide clients concerning hotel loans, acquisition and disposition transactions, and development situations. Adam holds the designation of MAI as a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a state-certified general appraiser.
