Washington, DC, September 25, 2017 – Human Capital Consultants (HCC) is pleased to announce that The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) has selected John W. Sigmon as the new Chief Human Resources Officer.
As the newest member of HJF’s Executive Team, John brings years of progressive experience building and leading HR functions for marquee organizations. John will contribute significant thought leadership as he reports to and strategically partners with the new President and CEO, Joseph Caravalho, Jr., MD.
HCC was delighted to lead this mission-critical executive search at this important time in the life of HJF. Their new CEO with a fresh vision for the future aligns nicely with a new HR Executive to help shape the organization’s culture.
In traditional fashion, HCC completed this engagement in under two months. “With nearly two decades of experience chiefly focused on placing advanced HR Executives nationally, our network is vast, and chock- full of high quality diverse candidates,” cites Milton Hall, HCC’s President and CEO, and the lead on this executive search.
