Paris, 25th September 2017 – GenSearch, a European Life Science search specialist is pleased to announce the appointment of Heiko Bruhn as Managing Director in their new Swiss office in Basel.

Heiko brings over two decades of experience in the Life Science industry with a strong focus on the Biotech and Pharma industries.

Heiko joins GenSearch from a German-based Life Science boutique firm, where he was Managing Director. In addition to successfully establishing the Swiss branch he advised Life Science companies on the appointment of senior executives in Europe.

Heiko Bruhn is an Attorney at Law. He graduated from the University of Freiburg/ Breisgau with a specialisation in Labour and Social Security Law. He joined Roche in Germany as a Human Resources Manager in 1992. In 1994, he moved to Basel, Switzerland, to take on a wide range of roles within the group’s international Human Resources department. Heiko’s many years of experience supporting international fields such as commercial, clinical development, medical affairs means he has strong contacts within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. In his last position at Roche, he was Deputy Head of Human Resources Switzerland. Heiko is a qualified systemic coach.
