Hanold Associates Launches Search for Outward Bound Chief HR Officer

CHICAGO, IL, May 27, 2015 — Outward Bound NY Schools is partnering with Hanold Associates to lead a search for their Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer. The CHRO will report to the president, Richard Stopol, and serve as a member of the senior management team and support all senior team members. Located in Queens, New York, the CHRO will be the HR strategy leader responsible for developing and executing high-impact approaches to attract, retain, support and develop a talented and diverse pool of qualified, committed and enthusiastic individuals to work at NYC Outward Bound Schools.

NYC Outward Bound Schools is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to bringing Outward Bound’s approach to teaching and learning to the young people of New York City and their public schools. Founded in 1987, NYC Outward Bound Schools has served over 60,000 students, teachers, administrators and parents from over 300 schools and other youth-serving organizations throughout the New York City area. They’ve established a network of elementary, middle and high schools – located in all five boroughs of the city – that are responsible for running in partnership with the NYC Department of Education.
