CHICAGO (Mar. 18, 2021) ― Hanold Associates HR & Diversity Executive Search has launched its HR Advisory Practice. Neela Seenandan, co-CEO and Managing Partner of Hanold Associates, is leading the practice.
Hanold Associates’ HR Advisory Practice is a formal articulation of the growing body of work in the consulting, advisory and interim HR Officer services that the firm has provided for many clients, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, The New York Times Company, Madison Dearborn-owned InMoment and Ferrara Candy (now part of Ferrero International), among others.
“The past year has many organizations experiencing the challenges of not having the right level of HR leadership. Whilst transforming or pivoting their organizations or HR functions they need strong HR leaders to bridge the gap from current to aspirational state,” said Seenandan. “Being a part of the executive team, subsumed within the company, we are well positioned to provide deep expertise and immediately leverageable counsel. We are experiencing increased demand for this executive and HR advisory partnership.”
In addition to leading the HR Advisory Practice, Seenandan will continue to lead executive HR and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion searches at Hanold.
Seenandan joined Hanold Associates from Nielsen, where she served as SVP of Human Resources for North America Consumer. Neela was responsible for driving the strategic talent agenda, including recruiting, compensation, talent management and Diversity & Inclusion. Seenandan has also served in progressive HR leadership positions for Aon Corporation and McKinsey & Company, working closely with senior executive teams to drive results in areas such as M&A, talent management, organizational effectiveness, DE&I, talent acquisition and leadership development.
