H.I.E.C Appoints Stacey Mainiero as CEO – Leading Global Executive Search Firm Selects CEO for Next Stage of Growth

NEW YORK, 6th of JUNE 2022: HIEC, the leading global transformational Executive Search firm is delighted to announce the appointment of Stacey Mainiero as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based in New York.

Stacey joins HIEC from ZRG Partners Inc where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), managing and overseeing the firm’s global corporate activity of retained executive search and talent management across their global offices.

In this role Stacey provided leadership and direction across the operational functions of the firm including finance, IT, HR, recruitment and research. During her time at ZRG Stacey successfully obtained Private Equity investment to fuel the ongoing growth of the firm.

Stacey has over twenty years of leadership experience, having previously held a number of roles including operating as an Executive Search Partner in her own right and as Senior Director of Operations at Korn Ferry.

The appointment of a CEO marks another important milestone in the growth and evolution of HIEC as a firm and will further support the expansion of the business in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
