Prior to joining GattiHR, Mike was managing partner of a boutique retained search firm focused in the healthcare and life science technology markets. Given his specialization, the investment and growth of the digital health sector, Mike’s knowledge and expertise will be a huge resource for our clients’ talent needs.

Luis came to GattiHR with over ten years of executive search experience, spending time with both the largest global executive search firms and highly specialized boutiques focused exclusively on the government contracting industry. In his most recent role, Luis was a core member of Heidrick’s Aviation, Aerospace and Defense Practice. GattiHR is thrilled to have this level of depth to offer our current and future clients.
