Valo Health (formerly Integral Health) is a technology company applying human and machine intelligence to accelerate the creation of life-changing medical treatments. At the core of this vision is Valo’s computational platform: an end-to-end, integrated drug discovery and development engine that is being built from the ground up.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this newly created role, Head of Total Rewards & Employee Experience, will be a trusted partner and critical member of the People & Organization (P&O) Team.
The mandate for the role is both strategic and tactical in nature and will involve working as a functional leader/manager, a project leader, a collaborator partner, and a team member. The aim is to bring operational excellence and to establish thoughtful people solutions that fuel an agile, innovative, collaborative, high-performing, and mission-oriented people culture.
The successful candidate will lead and drive our total rewards and Employee Experience strategy and tactics with an innovative approach and a continuous improvement mindset. S/he will build on and evolve Valo’s current total rewards philosophy and programs. You will design programs and initiatives that match Valo’s maturation journey as a company and reflect its value proposition and culture.
