GattiHR Assists Titan Security Group in Recruiting a New Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the function, comprised of a team of roughly fifteen, across the organization. Reporting directly to the Company President, and as a member of the senior leadership team, this role will be developing and executing an HR strategy fit for the business.

As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Leader will have significant responsibility and visibility as a culture driver for the organization and will ensure the business of HR (recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, business partnership, etc.) is handled efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. The successful candidate will provide guidance, advise, counsel, and support the President along with other leaders in the organization as it continues its rapid growth.
