Francinne (Fran) Hansen Appointed Chief People Officer at the LCBO

LHH Knightsbridge is pleased to have partnered with the LCBO in the appointment of Francinne (Fran) Hansen as their new Chief People Officer (CPO), co-led by Tara Veysey, Executive Search Partner, and Lisa Knight, Managing Partner.

Fran brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in human resources and operations across diverse sectors including retail, mining, telecommunications, and consulting. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at the Gender Intelligence Group, where she led the strategic and operational transformation of the organization, delivering impactful results for Fortune 500 clients worldwide.

Previously, Fran held senior executive roles at Vale Canada, including SVP, Human Resources for Base Metals, where she led HR strategy and operations across multiple continents. Her leadership was instrumental in driving cultural transformation, advancing diversity and inclusion, and aligning HR practices with global business objectives.

Fran has also held HR leadership positions at Loblaw Companies Limited, Indigo Books & Music, Sears Canada, and Vodafone Group.

As CPO, Fran will serve as a strategic partner to the President & CEO and a key member of the senior leadership team. She will oversee the Human Resources Division, guiding a team of over 100 professionals across all HR functions. Her mandate includes evolving the LCBO’s culture, enhancing organizational agility, and supporting the execution of the LCBO’s strategic transformation agenda.
