Florida Airports Council Partners with ADK to Recruit Executive Director

ADK Consulting and Executive Search, a prominent boutique executive search firm, partnered with The Florida Airports Council (FAC) to recruit its new Executive Director, Tiffany Wilson Garling. Ms. Garling brings a wealth of experience in economic development, government affairs, and the aviation industry to her new role. She currently serves as the Lead Lobbyist for Economic Development, Innovation, and Infrastructure Policy at the Florida Chamber, which includes Aviation and Aerospace as well as the emerging Advanced Air Mobility industry.

Prior to her time at the Florida Chamber, Ms. Garling led the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce & Jackson County Economic Development Committee, where she was instrumental in regional economic development and served on the executive board for Florida’s Great Northwest. During her tenure, she collaborated with Florida’s Great Northwest to recruit aviation companies to Northwest Florida.

Ms. Garling’s passion for the aviation industry is long-standing. She has worked in Military Aviation as a contractor in the Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office, served on the Tri County Airport Authority Board, and collaborated with the Marianna Municipal Airport Board on Project Take Flight. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Northwest Florida State College and is a Certified Chamber Executive and Institute for Organization Management graduate.
