Executive Search Firm Acertitude Appoints New Managing Director

NEW YORK, NY, September 13, 2017 — Acertitude, the executive search firm on a mission to unleash human potential, today announced that Nate DaPore has joined the firm as Managing Director.

DaPore partners with businesses to recruit board members, CEOs, and senior business leaders across private equity, technology, and health care.

Most recently, DaPore was a managing director at Battery Park, where he advised middle market health care and technology companies and was deployed as an operating partner focused on executive recruitment and operational improvements for private equity firms.

DaPore spent the preceding seven years as founder and CEO of venture-backed workforce management SaaS company PeopleMatter. Prior to starting PeopleMatter, he was part of the executive team as vice president of enterprise sales at Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT) from its rise as a startup to becoming the largest benefits-enrollment software provider in the U.S.

DaPore sits on the board of directors of three private-equity-backed software companies, serves as a trustee of Hampden Sydney College, and is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization.
