Estyle Corp Appoints VP Human Resources from Search by Hanold Associates

Estyle Corporation, a leading manufacturer of multicultural haircare products with backing from Clarion Capital Partners, has appointed Monica Goode as VP Human Resources. Hanold Associates‘ Partners Keri Gavin and Katrina Prospero led the search for this Jacksonville, Florida based role.

Estyle has been manufacturing and marketing eco-friendly hair styling products designed for multicultural consumers since its founding in 1983. With new backing from Clarion Capital Partners, a NYC-based private equity firm, the company recently moved its headquarters and manufacturing facilities to Jacksonville, Florida. The company currently has 100 employees and hopes to double that number as it capitalizes on a growing market for its products.

Prior to joining Estyle, Ms. Goode served as a Regional Senior HR Business Partner for Amazon’s Central Florida Logistics operation. In this role, she led the company’s rapidly growing last mile delivery operations for the Florida region. At Estyle, Monica will serve as the company’s HR leader, reporting to CFO David Riley as she builds and operationalizes an HR function for the company.
