EMA Partners adds a new Partner in New York

EMA Partners New York is pleased to announce the appointment of Robyn Parker as Partner.

With over 17 years of executive search and talent acquisition experience Robyn will focus on the Technology/SaaS, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Professional Services industries across North America. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional leadership talent, Robyn collaborates with clients to address their most pressing business needs to drive transformative growth.

Known for her industry expertise and personalized approach, Robyn is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions. She is passionate about helping corporate, PE-backed, and VC-funded organizations achieve their strategic goals through exceptional talent acquisition and leadership alignment.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Robyn was a Talent Acquisition leader at Amazon Web Services and an Associate Partner at The Millard Group, a boutique search firm serving the technology industry. Earlier in her career, Robyn worked in banking for JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in business management and marketing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
