Delegates from IMD member firms met in Helsinki, Finland from May 20 to 23, 2026 for their Annual Global Conference. During this event, the Annual General Assembly of the association had on its agenda the election of several Board Members:
VP Finance & Legal – Ben Tucker (Minerva, IMD UK) transitions from Director to VP Finance and Legal.
On this occasion we wish to warmly thank Katrin Windmüller (formerly part of Dr. Heimeier Executive Search, IMD Germany) for staying an additional year at the Board, to take care of important issues of accounting reorganization.
Directors – Eva Nielsen (Lisberg, IMD Sweden) is reelected for a second mandate as Director while Terhi Heikkinen (IMS Talent, IMD Finland) and Arvind Pandit (Ishwa Consulting, IMD India) are elected to their first mandate as Directors.
