Elections at Board of IMD International Search Group

Zurich, Switzerland (June 1^st, 2024) – Delegates from IMD member firms met in London, UK from May 15 to 18, 2024.

During the conference, the Annual General Assembly of the association had on its agenda the election of a new Board Director: Eva Nielsen, CEO of Lisberg, IMD Sweden.

Even before joining the Board, Eva has already been very active, notably heading the new IMD practice on Sustainable Development and has also initiated new ways of collaborating on interbusiness within our group.

Eva Nielsen takes a seat at the Board when Anna Luiza Osser leaves hers. Anna Luiza Osser, CEO of Osser & Osser, IMD Brazil, was an IMD Director for 3 years, first elected during a Remote AGM in 2021, a virtual meeting due to covid times, then reelected in 2023

During her tenure, Anna Luiza notably carried out a tremendous project, an all time first in the history of IMD and quite unique in our industry: A Research Project on “Leading in a world with changing expectations and new working cultures“. It implied the collaboration of all our members globally to interview CEOs and Board Members as well as providing their own insights. You may download the full report for free HERE

Always supportive of all IMD projects, Anna Luiza and her team participated notably in the Researchers Exchange Program, welcoming to their firm a Researcher from Minerva (IMD UK) for a couple of weeks.

As we cannot thank her enough for her actions during her mandates, she was handed the Award for IMD Action Hero 2024, in a distance as she could not be with the group in London.
