ECA Partners Welcomes Zach Jones as Director of Consulting Solutions

Santa Monica, CA — ECA, a leader in executive talent solutions for private equity, announced today the appointment of Zach Jones as Interim and Consulting Director. With more than 15 years of experience delivering talent strategies for both established Fortune 1000 corporations and high-growth companies backed by private equity and venture capital, Jones will expand ECA’s rapidly growing Interim & Consulting practice.

Jones joins ECA from Phenom Consulting, where he served as Practice Director of Search & Talent Strategy. Previously, he was also a Senior Consultant at Huxley Associates. He has extensive experience partnering with stakeholders throughout the consulting ecosystem, and robust exposure to enterprise technology, change management, strategy and digital transformation domains.
