DSG Global Names Rob Alessandrini as Chief Financial Officer

Philadelphia, March 2025 – Diversified Search Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Alessandrini, CFA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. Alessandrini brings decades of financial expertise across corporate finance, strategic planning, and investment management, positioning him as a key driver in the firm’s next phase of growth.

Alessandrini’s career features notable achievements, including his tenure as CFO at The Judge Group, where he spearheaded growth and operational enhancements. His earlier roles include serving as an international equity analyst at DuPont Capital Management and a financial analyst at The Vanguard Group, experiences that sharpened his financial strategy and investment management credentials.

A Villanova University graduate, Alessandrini holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in International Finance. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an active member of Financial Executives International, The CFO Alliance, and other professional organizations. Recognized as a CFO of the Year by Philadelphia Business Journal, Alessandrini is also a proud investor in the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group II, backing small businesses and tech startups.
