Diversity-Inclusion Team Appointed to Charter Communications
NEW YORK, N.Y., May 2018 – Bridge Partners is excited to announce the placement of three executives to the newly- created Diversity Inclusion team at Charter Communications.
Bridge Partners was retained in 2017 to help recently appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer, Rhonda Chrichlow, build her Diversity and Inclusion team. Over the subsequent months three senior executives have joined Charter to lead diversity-inclusion initiatives focused on Talent & Inclusion, Communications, and External Relations.
➢ Javier Barrientos joined Charter as Vice President, Talent and Inclusion. Prior to Charter, Javier spent six years at Biogen serving as Senior Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion where he created a fully integrated business approach to Diversity & Inclusion – growing success beyond employees, to also address patient, providers and supplier opportunities. Prior to Biogen, Javier served in various Diversity & Inclusion roles at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
➢Marissa Lambrinos joined Charter as Senior Director, Diversity and Inclusion Communications. Marissa was previously with GE Capital where she spent over 20 years in the communications function, leading efforts and teams developing and executing strategic communications across multiple business units.
➢ Brandi Colander joined Charter as Head of External Relations, Diversity & Inclusion. She previously served as the Associate Vice President, Natural Resources and Energy at the National Wildlife Center. She also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of the Secretary, Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management at the United States Department of the Interior.
